Compliance Specialist Role

Overview :

The Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our compliance program in Mexico and Central / South America.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate employee training on compliance policies and practices to ensure seamless implementation across the organization.
• Identify and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations promptly to mitigate potential risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Track relevant changes to Mexican law and maintain accurate records of compliance activities to demonstrate proactive approach to risk management.
• Monitor third-party due diligence and ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures to maintain trust and confidence with stakeholders.
