At TMC People Drive Technology, we are looking for a highly qualified Recruiter to join our team on an on-site position for an initial three-month contract with possible extension . In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and selecting top talent for a wide range of positions across North America and other regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, with a strong focus on IT (Technology) and ENG (Engineering) profiles
- Identify and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
- Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the job market
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations
- Optimize recruitment processes through the analysis of key metrics
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an international scopeProven track record in attracting IT and Engineering talentExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Advanced English is a must (essential for communicating with clients and international candidates); knowledge of an additional language is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic environmentWhat We Offer
