In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team you you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success. You are expected to contribute to the entire candidate life-cycle recruitment and relationship building, analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. Also, you are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Human Resources, Psychology, or related field).
- 4+ years of solid experience in full-cycle recruiting for IT / Tech positions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – daily communication with U.S. stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
