Casino Operations Director

Key Responsibilities :

The Assistant Casino Manager oversees daily operations, guest relations, and ensures compliance with gaming regulations. This role works closely with the Casino Manager to drive performance management of casino staff.

Hiring Requirements :

• A minimum one-year experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor with high performance ratings.
• Progressive supervisory experience in a casino function with resorts, cruise lines, and hotels.
• The ability to make sound judgments regarding rules and regulations.
• Observation skills to recognize payout accuracy and dealer behavior.
• Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board-approved dealer school.
• Financial management skills to identify expense reduction and revenue growth.
• Customer service knowledge to meet customer needs and evaluate satisfaction.
• Human resources knowledge to manage international staff positively.
• Basic computer skills to navigate software packages like Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
