This role is critical to ensuring payroll compliance, supporting regulatory changes, and driving strategic initiatives across the region.A Taste Of What You'll Be DoingLead End-to-End Payroll Operations – Oversee payroll processes from hiring to termination; ensure compliance with local legislation and internal controls across Mexico and Caricam.Manage Regional Team & Vendors – Supervise a team of payroll professionals; coordinate with external vendors to ensure service quality and timely execution.Ensure Compliance & Reporting – Guarantee accurate tax payments, social security contributions, and timely reporting to authorities; support SOX requirements and internal audits.Drive Strategic Improvements – Promote automation and process optimization; lead system implementations and regulatory adaptations in collaboration with IT and other functions.Act as a Key Business Partner – Provide payroll consultancy to business units; collaborate with Legal, Tax, and HR to address risks, opportunities, and strategic needs.We're Looking for Someone WithBachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in payroll operations, including supervisory roles and vendor management.Strong Accounting SkillsStrong knowledge of Mexican and Caricam payroll regulations, social security, and fiscal legislation.Experience with SAP and at least two payroll systems; advanced Excel skills required.Fluent English; able to coordinate with global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and customer focus; able to build effective teams and drive results.What's NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
