The work is proactive and requires alerting key stakeholders quickly.
The role is responsible for administering the fleet fuel card program, processing warranty claims, and working with the fleet parts catalog.
The role also includes dashboard creation, scorecarding, automation of manual processes, financial reporting, KPI report generation, and issue resolution.Your ImpactAs Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst (Supply Chain Fleet), your responsibilities include : Responsible for accurate record keeping of all current and past card holdersActivation of new users, de-activation of terminated users, activation / de-activation of users on LOAConduct reconciliations and statement reviews and resolve discrepanciesResponsible for daily, weekly and period reportingProactive tracking and alerts for discovered card usage concernsResolve vendor or customer inquiriesCreation and maintenance of scorecard and dashboard reportingImprove processes and deliver productivity for the Fuel card programLead the execution of the pipeline of projects in the "Reporting" areaManage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationQualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
