Warehouse Operations Specialist

The role of a Warehouse Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of warehouse teams, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain management.

The individual in this position will act as a team lead, reviewing reports compiled for Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities include : Coordinating and supervising daily activities, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring team members to optimize efficiency.Reviewing the effectiveness of operating procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement to increase productivity.Communicating and implementing policies and procedures related to Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics.Developing and recommending new procedures to enhance safety and efficiency in the warehouse environment.Requirements for this role include : A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in SML or a related field, preferably with supervisory or lead experience.Excellent analytical, oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
