This role demands strong Apex and Lightning development skills, solid configuration experience, and the maturity to guide teams while working cross-functionally.Responsibilities : Support end users through production support intake channels; identify issues, resolve them promptly, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud, advanced Apex development, Flow automation, and Partner Community setup.Architect long-term technical solutions that balance delivery speed with platform stability, scalability, performance, and security.Uphold strong engineering practices, including : CI / CDTechnical debt managementAgile deliveryProvide dotted-line leadership to managed services team members; delegate work, offer technical guidance, and ramp up new team members.Step into a Business Systems Analyst role when needed—gathering requirements, understanding business processes, and translating them into workable solutions.Requirements : 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL / SOSL.Solid experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.Working knowledge of Jira, GitHub, and DevOps pipelines.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are mandatory.
