We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of Salesforce solutions and ensuring they align with business goals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for Salesforce implementations, leading teams in integrating with external systems and maintaining data quality
• Guide developers and technical staff in building scalable, high‑performing solutions
• Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to understand requirements and align IT strategy with organizational objectives
• Educate technology teams on new frameworks, tools, and best practices to support business needs
• Analyze emerging trends in technology architecture and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Manage and assess technological risks, working with stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Oversee ongoing technical activities and translate design concepts into operational IT solutions
• Ensure the continuous delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations, including maintenance and refactoring
