Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description

The Salesforce Solution Architect acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with product / business goals and strategies. This role focuses on designing end-to-end solutions, leveraging Salesforce capabilities, and optimizing business processes. The Solution Architect provides thought leadership, drives best practices, and ensures project success by delivering functional and scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Engage with product / business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflow and processes, and identify challenges.
• Design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to Salesforce best practices and scalability considerations.
• Create detailed solution designs, including system architecture diagrams, data flow models, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical execution.
• Lead discovery workshops and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, declarative development, and customizations.
• Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure quality assurance in the usability phase of product development.
• Stay informed on Salesforce releases and new features, advising stakeholders on their potential impact and value.
• Support change management and user training efforts for new Salesforce capability implementations.
