Responsibilities
- Serve as Technical Architect within a Scrum team to guide Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementation
- Design stay processing, partner transactions, hotel and partner reimbursement, vouchers, promotions, APIs, and integrations with legacy systems
- Apply real-world Loyalty Cloud experience to inform solution architecture decisions
- Drive delivery teams through implementation stages including marketing engagement strategy and code reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client Head of Technology to validate solutions
- Understand long-term client objectives and define sustainable technology and implementation roadmaps
- Perform code reviews and guide technical estimations to support development teams
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align engagement strategies with technical solutions
- Review data models, custom objects, and developer pull requests for quality and alignment
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Ensure delivered solutions are production-ready and meet performance expectations
- Promote best practices in Service Oriented Architecture and system integration
- Support continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned
- Monitor project progress and adjust technical approaches as needed
Requirements
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform with 2+ years in solution architecture rolesStrong understanding of system integrations including MuleSoft, Kafka, Apigee, and RESTful APIsExperience with Java-based solutions to support legacy system understandingHands‑on leadership skills including code reviews and technical guidanceAbility to transition between high‑level architecture and detailed technical designConsulting mindset with ability to understand business challenges and technical constraintsExecution‑driven approach ensuring practical and scalable solutionsExperience working in hospitality industry or related domainStrong communication skills and ability to build client relationshipsProficiency in English language at B2+ levelNice to have
