We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Buyer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing multi-channel ad campaigns that drive high-quality leads while meeting aggressive ROAS goals.

- Develop and execute multi-platform advertising strategies across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and other native networks.
- Translate business goals into measurable campaign objectives (CPL, CPC, RPL, ROAS).
- Identify and configure high-value audience segments using in-house data, lookalikes, interest groups, and contextual targeting.
- Design structured campaign frameworks that balance testing, control groups, and scalable winners.

Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously.Implement tracking pixels, conversion events, and custom configurations to ensure accurate attribution.Use platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, native DSPs) to handle budgets, pacing, and targeting efficiently.">
Monitor KPIs daily and optimize for both volume and profitability.Perform rigorous A / B and multivariate testing at the audience, creative, and bid-strategy level.Adjust bid strategies dynamically (Bid Cap, Target CPA) based on real-time market conditions.Apply statistical analysis to detect patterns, anomalies, and leading indicators of performance.">
Partner with copywriters, designers, and editors to build direct-response creative tailored to each platform.Interpret creative performance data (CTR, CVR) to guide iterations.Manage a creative testing roadmap to consistently refresh ads and combat fatigue.">
Use spreadsheets, dashboards, and other in-house tools to analyze performance and model outcomes.Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows.Help implement automated rules, scripts, and bulk editing processes for greater efficiency.Stay current on platform algorithm updates, auction dynamics, and new ad products.">
Deliver clear weekly / monthly reports with actionable insights.Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a structured, data-backed manner.Forecast performance scenarios and budget allocations using historical data and predictive modeling.">
Experience running instant lead form campaigns.Familiarity with landing page optimization and funnel CRO.Experience working in / with home services, real estate, or other performance media offers is a huge plus.Exposure to other social or contextual platforms (Nextdoor, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).">
