Here's what you need to know about this position :

The Work

Help create foundational strategies for new and evolving brands, from startups entering the market to established names looking for a refresh.

Define and communicate brand foundations, including purpose, positioning, pillars, archetypes, and architecture.

Craft strong narratives, manifestos, and naming concepts across AI, fintech, health & wellness, consumer, and Web3.

Run collaborative workshops with clients and cross-functional teams to spark ideas and uncover insights.

Present strategies clearly and confidently to founders, CEOs, and executive stakeholders.

Work closely with verbal strategists, designers, and UI / UX teams to bring brand strategies to life across multiple touchpoints.

Turn complex info and cultural insights into simple, inspiring strategies that connect with diverse audiences.

Needed Expertise

Experience building foundational brand strategies and storytelling that make an impact across industries.

Excellent writing skills, able to craft narratives that connect and inspire.

Understanding of human behavior, archetypes, and psychology to read client needs and cultural dynamics.

Curious and agile, able to jump between industries like technology, AI, Web3, and consumer brands.

Strong communication and presentation skills to influence and inspire at all levels.

Collaborative mindset, able to build relationships across teams and clients.

Open to ideas and feedback, while making decisive strategic choices.
