Immunology Strategy LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned Immunology professional to drive market and financial objectives by developing and executing tailored strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.Lead high-performing teams as HCNPs, coordinating regional commercial customer-facing team members to collectively achieve company objectives and enhance patient value delivery.Formulate and implement an ecosystem strategy that optimizes patient value creation and advances Immunology objectives.Collaborate with Marketing to ensure customer-facing team members have necessary materials and tools.Communicate effectively with payers to enhance understanding and drive optimal usage.Influence and partner with payers to identify and co-create innovative solutions to access challenges.Enhance disease-state management by aligning the ecosystem customer-facing team under a guiding principle of patient value generation.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in communication, marketing, international relations, or similar.Advanced English language skills.3-5 years of healthcare-related sales, marketing, market access, or field medical experience.Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and / or matrixed teams.Demonstrated knowledge of complex government healthcare ecosystems.Experience in new product launches.About this OpportunityThis is a chance to make your mark for patients.
