Global Services Support Specialist

As an experienced Global Business Services / Shared Services Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. Service Delivery transformation

Support the documentation and mapping of current-state and future-state business processes across shared services functions (e.g., Identify process gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in the development of business cases for shared services transformation, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps.

Support the development of benchmarking reports comparing client processes to industry standards.

Maintain general knowledge of AI tools and technologies relevant to shared services and Global Business Services.

Identify opportunities for AI application within client processes and propose recommendations to project teams for potential automation or process enhancement.

Global Business Services Operations

Assist Senior Consultants and Managers in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and risks.

Support the preparation of meeting materials, status reports, and client communications in English.

Support the collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for shared services operations.

Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Work collaboratively with Analysts and other Consultants, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive team environment.

Seek feedback and guidance from Senior Consultants and Managers to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.

3-5+ years of consulting and / or industry experience

• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks
• Advanced English level
• Ability to work effectively in virtual, cross-functional, and multicultural teams
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio and other presentation / analysis tools
