How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manage the human and material resources of the responsible area.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards; achieve compliance with equipment delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the proper use and operation of the machines and devices used in the process, following an ongoing staff training program.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of staff in the work areas.
• Ensure compliance with the established indicators for the area through periodic monitoring : production plan, overtime, time notification, inventory, maintenance, among others.
• Responsible for complying with and / or enforcing the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current Integrated Management System (EHS, Quality) – Mandatory for all positions in Mexico.
