Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced affiliate administrator to join our team. As an affiliate administrator, you will be responsible for leading the entire affiliate marketing process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare performance reports using proprietary analytics tools for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables
• Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid / invalid promotion codes and send templated emails to partners in violation
• Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations
• Monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators
• Track daily client KPIs, compare results to defined guardrails, and flag discrepancies to the Account Manager
• Process monthly voids / edits and compile comprehensive recaps for internal review
• Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for provided publisher lists
