Descripción del trabajoConfigure and maintain Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , and call-tracking tools (e.g., CallRail). Implement complete conversion tracking for organic visits and GBP actions. Build real-time dashboards and automated reports in AgencyAnalytics . Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure reporting accuracy. Set up and manage Google review automation campaigns. Increase review velocity to improve Maps Pack rankings. Monitor review growth and report its impact on local SEO metrics. Create SEO briefs for content writers with keyword and metadata specifications. Plan monthly backlink acquisition strategies with targeted anchor text and destination URLs. Track and report backlink performance and impact on domain authority. 3+ years of hands-on local SEO experience, including GBP optimization and citation management. Expertise in Google Search Console , Google Analytics , GTM , BrightLocal (or similar), and Local Falcon (or equivalent). Proven ability to set up and troubleshoot SEO tracking implementations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into clear strategies. Experience collaborating with content writers and link-building vendors. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Self-starter attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Yext , Moz Local , or similar local marketing platforms. Basic HTML / CSS skills for troubleshooting. Competitive monthly salary : $2,000 USD . Fully remote work environment. About the Role
We’re seeking a Local SEO & Analytics Specialist to execute and optimize local search campaigns for our client’s customers. This is a hands-on role focused on account auditing, implementing improvements, and aligning content and link-building strategies with SEO best practices. You will manage keyword research, GBP optimization, analytics configuration, and backlink procurement—ensuring clients consistently rank high in local search results.
Key Responsibilities
Local SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement 90-day local SEO plans to achieve client KPIs.
- Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis for targeted local markets.
- Optimize and monitor Google Business Profiles (GBPs) for maximum visibility.
- Maintain and correct citations across online directories.
- Track and analyze local rankings, GBP engagement, and organic traffic trends.
- Translate SEO performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
