Guided by his legacy and our mission—We serve and protect all hardworking people by building durable products—we remain dedicated to upholding these principles in every decision we make and every product we create.Associate Responsibilities Automate master data workflows using tools such as Evolve / Winshuttle, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or similar automation platforms to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityWrite queries, primarily in Microsoft SQL Enterprise Data Warehouse, to measure quality and completion of Master Data elements and to populate alerting jobs when data rules are not met, or elements are missingWork with teams across Technology to ensure that integrations are performing as expected and step in to troubleshoot when they fail.Build views into Data Quality queries using Microsoft Power BI and partner with BI Engineering team to buildout Data Quality Power BI DatasetOwn the maintenance and performance of our Master Data tools, including managing log files, maintenance / upgrades, outage communication and diagnosing system failures.Designed, tested, and deployed workflow automation solutions to streamline SAP master data processes.Work with IT to develop automated data pipelines, API integrations, and ETL processes for seamless data management.
Required Education Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another technical computing field.
Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional experience in a related field Workflow AutomationMS SQL Server database platformMicrosoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Experience with Master Data Management Experience with database design both conceptual and physicalProven expertise in performance troubleshooting and optimization (index tuning, profiling, job scheduling) with supporting monitoring / management toolsDemonstrated ability to determine methods and procedures for adopting and implementing new technologies to enhance performanceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and convey technical and design strategies to different audiencesAbility to manage stressful situations involving equipment and application failures in a composed and constructive mannerAbility to take direction from more than one person and handle a variety of tasks at one timePhysical Requirements and Working Conditions (Available outside of normal business hours in the event of a system failure and work as needed to maintain equipment in off-hours.Willing to work some weekends.Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Remote Work : This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits as needed.
National and International travel required (up to 10%).
