About the Role

At Remoto Workforce, we are looking for a strategic and data-driven Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, forecasting, and distribution for our growing portfolio of boutique hotels. This is a high-impact, 100% remote role that offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $32,000 - $36,000 MXN (for payroll) or $38,000 - $45,000 MXN (for a direct contract).

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You will work closely with our operations, sales, and leadership teams to shape and implement strategies that drive our properties' performance. Main Responsibilities

• Own and execute the revenue management strategy across multiple boutique hotel properties.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and booking pace to identify pricing opportunities and implement rate adjustments.
• Prepare and share regular forecast reports and performance dashboards with the leadership team.
• Use Cloudbeds (our PMS) to manage rates, restrictions, and optimize inventory.
• Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends.
• Develop and manage OTA pricing, availability, and promotions (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
• Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports to leadership.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and promotions and adjust as needed.
• Contribute to the distribution strategy and recommend process improvements.
