What You Will Do

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping relationships with major hospital groups across Mexico, Colombia, and Puerto Rico, with a primary focus on Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to engage directly with C-level executives, introduce innovative technologies, and deliver solutions that transform patient care. - Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, ensuring integration with the company’s Mako strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post-sale support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability
- Translate clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers using financial-based selling tools
- Represent Stryker at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and market presence
What you need :
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 10 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipmentMinimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clientsProven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite executivesExperience introducing innovative technologies into new marketsProficiency in English and SpanishPreferred Qualifications
