Descripción del trabajoDocument new technology and present to internal teams and supply base Work in conjunction with Commodity and Team Buyers, and the Supplier Quality Document Lessons learned and present to internal teams Calculate tool cost targets and assist in reviewing quotes associated with tool Technical support resource for newer Brose Tooling Engineers Protect Brose's assets during tool moves from one supplier to another. Initiate activities to create HIPPA privacy awareness within the organization and Reviewing new tool quoted prices, and ensuring the proper construction and maintenance of tools. Associate’s Degree in Tooling & Manufacturing (or similar program) or a college-based Tool & Die Five (5) years of documented experience as Tool & Die Maker or a documented and verified
Your tasks
- Maintain, audit, and oversee all current and new tooling.
- Visit suppliers on a routine basis to ensure compliance with Brose tooling standards
and requirements.
Engineers to reduce ppms and ensure proper maintenance and construction of
tooling.
