Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Manager Mexico and Puerto Rico is responsible for lead the organization, define strategic goals aligned with Latin America and Developed Markets Regional strategic objectives to achieve short-term as well long-term brand positioning, above-market growth, and P&L results, compliant with business practices and local legal regulationsDevelop talent in the organization, as well as prepare succession for critical rolesOwn the overall sales process within your assigned countries (pre-sale and post-sale).

Build a strategic YOY business plan within each sub-region in this territory incorporating key value drivers for both the channel partner as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership.Deploy robust sales, marketing, services, and operations campaigns with the local regional teamsThis position reports to the Latin America Vice President, and is part of the Latam Organization located in Mexico and will be an on-site role.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToUnderstand the business and financial goals of your region, and put together a sound strategy on how Beckman Coulter is the partner of choiceInfluence with strong communication skill and persuasion ability and work collaboratively; ability to work in Matrix Structure.QualificationsBachelor's degree (preferably within business or biomedical engineering), Master's Degree in the Health Care industry20 plus years of experience in Health Care, Medical Devices, Diagnostics segments10 plus years of experience in a General Manager role in Latin America CountriesFluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and EnglishStrong influence and transit at C-suit level of the Medical industryTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirementsif applicable for roleAbility to travel 25 – 50% , within Latin AmericaMust have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordNice to HaveFluent understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economicsStrong communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately conduct executive level presentationsBenefits and NotesBeckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
