Responsibilities

• General Manager Mexico and Puerto Rico is responsible for lead the organization, define strategic goals aligned with Latin America and Developed Markets Regional strategic objectives to achieve short-term as well long-term brand positioning, above-market growth, and P&L results, compliant with business practices and local legal regulations
• Develop talent in the organization, as well as prepare succession for critical roles
• Own the overall sales process within your assigned countries (pre-sale and post-sale).
• Build a strategic YOY business plan within each sub-region in this territory incorporating key value drivers for both the channel partner as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership.
• Deploy robust sales, marketing, services, and operations campaigns with the local regional teams

This position reports to the Latin America Vice President , and is part of the Latam Organization located in Mexico and will be an on-site role.
