Essex Brownell is a global distributor of electrical and industrial products, including magnet wire, motors, drives, insulation, and repair equipment. With over 35 years of experience and distribution centers across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, we support manufacturing operations through reliable supply chain solutions.
As part of our continued growth, we are launching a new facility in Mexico and seeking a General Manager to lead its opening, staffing, and integration of approximately 30 employees. This role will oversee key departments—production, engineering, quality, HR, and finance—while driving operational excellence in safety, delivery, cost, lean practices, and customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also support product launches and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related field.Fluency in English and Spanish.Experience with unionized environments desirable.Salary Range : $55,000–$75,000 USD, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. This includes :
