We're looking for experienced

Billing Specialists

with expertise in

Collections

and

QuickBooks Online

to join our team.

Whether you're seeking a

full-time (40 hrs / week)

or

part-time (20 hrs / week)

role, we offer

to fit your schedule.

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information about contracts and invoices.

Create and send invoices to clients, including details of charges and payment terms.

Resolve billing issues and ensure a high level of customer service.

Use

QuickBooks Online

for invoicing, collections, and tracking payments.

Efficiently manage emails : sort, prioritize, and respond to messages promptly.

Perform administrative tasks : invoice clients, organize documents, manage simple projects, and work with Excel / CRM systems.

Handle client-facing tasks : answer inquiries, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong client relationships.

Proven experience in billing,

collections

, and customer service.

Proficient in

QuickBooks Online

with hands-on expertise.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative tasks.

Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken).

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Reliable laptop

Reside permanently in Latin America.
