Lead cross-functional project teams, manage external vendors, and work with internal stakeholders to align business needs with IT solutions.

Contribute to Nouryon's digital and operational excellence by driving value-adding initiatives across the global organization.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including ERP, cloud, infrastructure, and business applicationsCoordinate cross-functional internal teams and external vendorsEnsure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectationsOversee IT supplier performance to meet scope, quality, timeline, and budgetDevelop and manage project plans following PMO standards and best practicesMonitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on trackLead governance, reporting, and change control processesCommunicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholdersEnsure testing strategies (manual / automated) are embedded throughout project phasesCollaborate with compliance and quality teams to meet regulatory and internal standardsApply methodologies such as PMI (PMBOK), Agile, Scrum, or SAFeContribute to continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices (PPM)Utilize tools such as ServiceNow for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)We believe you bring5+ years of IT project management in global and complex environmentsProven track record in delivering both application and infrastructure projectsSolid experience with SAP landscapes and SAP project deliveryStrong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilitiesFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery modelsUnderstanding of test management practices and toolsExcellent command of English, both written and spokenGreat if you haveExperience in the chemicals or manufacturing industryHands-on experience with ServiceNow for PPMUnderstanding of regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity implications within IT project deliveryStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsWe believe you areA collaborative leader who can guide virtual cross-functional teamsAble to clearly communicate complex information to various audiencesComfortable navigating matrixed environments and managing diverse stakeholdersSkilled in prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProficient with Microsoft Office and modern project management toolsKnowledgeable in IT systems, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and integrationBachelor or Master degree IT, Business Administration or related fieldPreferred certifications PMO (PMI), Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalentHow to applyPlease apply via our online recruitment system.
