We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team and drive the recruitment process for our healthcare call center client.
Job Overview
As a Recruiter, you will provide recruitment services to our client, a healthcare call center, by sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates to meet their operational demands. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the client’s staffing needs are met with professionals who are compassionate, skilled, and aligned with their commitment to excellent patient support.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing : Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels to meet the client’s staffing requirements.
- Screening and Selection : Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the client’s healthcare call center.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with the client’s hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience : Provide a seamless and professional experience for candidates, maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws, industry regulations, and client-specific policies.
- Data Management : Track and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide regular updates to the client.
- Employer Branding : Promote the client’s brand as an employer of choice within the healthcare industry to attract top talent.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally supporting call centers, healthcare, or customer service industries.Proficiency in recruitment tools, including ATS, job boards, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of healthcare call center roles and customer service standards is a strong advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
