Senior Procurement Analyst - Quality Management

Our facility located in Puebla, MX is looking for a hands-on Senior Materials Planner to join our team!

The role of the Senior Materials Planner will be responsible for ensuring material availability and resolving supply issues by planning optimal inventory levels through Material Requirements Planning (MRP). This position will manage inventory within established parameters to support projects and operations while maintaining service levels, minimizing investment, and aligning with company financial objectives.

Ensure material availability, including resolving supply shortages.

Maintain up-to-date master data in SAP (parts and supplier database).

Plan demand, generate orders, and monitor deliveries.

Plan transportation and delivery windows.

Monitor and document supplier performance.

Supervise performance metrics and KPIs.

Monitor supplier performance continuously.

Control internal, safety, and in-transit stock levels.

Handle packaging returns.

Bachelor's or Engineering degree.

~ High experience in materials planning and logistics.

~ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

~ Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAP.

~ Extensive and detailed knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) – essential.

~ Proven experience in VW project launches (pre-series) – essential.

~ Advanced English proficiency.
