The OFRO QR&M team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. As part of the team, you’ll provide advice to business teams within PwC on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches in accordance with PwC policies, principles and standards.
The QR&M team advances and fosters integrity based decision making and conduct. We promote and monitor compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, and thus help manage regulatory, litigation and reputational risk. The team is responsible for the oversight, completion and monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities to support PwC’s shared responsibility and strategy towards compliance.

- Minimum Years of Experience :
- At least 2-3 years relevant professional experience
- Knowledge / Skills :
- Demonstrates abilities and / or a proven record of success in the importance of risk management and quality to the firm, including :
- Having an understanding of risk management policies, as well as the engagement lifecycle and related policies and processes;
- Leading or facilitating complex engagement matters and consultations with appropriate OFRO counterparts, along with engagement leaders and teams;
- Exhibiting presentation, communication and listening skills to work effectively with engagement leaders and other engagement team members;
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail;
- Demonstrating commitment and persistence to follow through on issues to get to the right answer;
- Performing engagement compliance reviews with quality and accuracy;
- Having willingness to learn risk management, quality and independence policies and guidance, and the application of these policies and guidance to new strategies, services and related initiatives;
- Reviewing engagement documentation and providing feedback to team members as part of the secondary review process; and
- Helping to on-board and train new ECR team members.
- Demonstrates abilities and / or a proven record of success in the following areas :
