As Analyst, Business Opportunities, you are responsible for extracting data from various sources and interpreting them to answer business questions, discover trends, and generating actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will be key in supporting the Product Strategy & Planning team within PMO.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE :
- Generating comprehensive reports from Agile, BI, and Tableau, providing valuable insights into project progress, capacity, and performance.
- Cleaning and organizing data from BI, Agile, and other sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Developing and owning new reports that provide a clear overview of projects for communications to large audiences across different levels in the organization.
- Running ad hoc reports to support team director.
- Assisting in the creation of PFRs and PFR projects to support PMs.
- Creating models to track and analyze cost savings for Business Opportunities projects.
- Managing and creating Teams channels, facilitating better communication and collaboration within the teams.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators.
- The new analyst will bring specialized skills in data analytics, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions that improve project efficiency and product quality.

You will be joining a dynamic and fun team that leads exciting, large-scale, complex corporate initiatives and programs. Our team works cross-functionally with teams around the globe. The role is part of the PMO (Project Management Office) which is responsible for new product launches and renovations globally.

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience within PMO in Herbalife NutritionPreferred
