What you will do :

This senior-level role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the warranty claims process for Johnson Controls, ensuring that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You will act as a liaison between customers, the warranty administration team, and various internal departments to resolve warranty issues and improve service delivery.

How you will do it :

• Review and process warranty claims using the company’s warranty management systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, finance, and customer service to resolve warranty-related inquiries and issues.
• Analyze warranty data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for reducing warranty costs.
• Provide training and support to junior warranty staff on best practices and effective claim processing.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management review related to warranty performance metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry standards and warranty best practices.
