Implementing, configuring, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment Handling Incidents, Service Requests, Changes, and Problem Management Monitoring system availability, application performance, and database health? Managing major incidents and escalations Performing problem resolution and applying corrective actions for Priority 1 incidents Improving monitoring by addressing repetitive events and delivering permanent fixes Creating and updating knowledge base articles to maintain consistency and quality Providing internal communication during Priority 1 & 2 incidents Enhancing system performance and conducting root cause analysi Mandatory Skills Strong experience with multiple SAP components — the more, the better!

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency across as many of the following as possible Here's What You Will Need Expertise in SAP modules : ECC, S / 4HANA, BW / 4HANA, HANA, GRC, CRM, BOBJ, etc.

Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP, BTP Integration Suite, Fiori, and Cloud Platform Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years relevant experience Experience with ITSM processes, agile methodologies, and build management Operating system knowledge : Linux & Windows for BOBJ & Java systems? Familiarity with cloud operations, provisioning, and support? Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset, troubleshooting abilities, and technical writin¿??
