The Role
We are seeking a Head of U.S. Sales to drive our commercial expansion across the U.S. market. Based in Mexico, this role combines hands-on sales execution with leadership responsibilities —ideal for a player-coach who thrives in both selling directly and building a high-performing sales team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s U.S. growth strategy, executing new business initiatives, and developing local sales talent to scale our B2B presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales efforts across the U.S. market, personally managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Build, train, and mentor a growing team of individual sellers in Mexico, focused on serving the U.S. client base.
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our B2B client portfolio.
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and account management.
- Foster long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (Director, VP, and C-level) at client organizations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our product suite.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and market outreach strategies.
- Contribute ideas and leadership to build a winning, motivated, and metrics-driven sales culture.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in market intelligence, SaaS, or related technology sectors.Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and outbound sales.Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is a strong plus.Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.Strategic thinker with a competitive, results-oriented mindset.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, particularly with senior executives.Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm for contributing to a rapidly scaling international organization.Benefits
