Technical Support Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to and follow up on technical support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide direct assistance to clients to identify and solve IT issues, including remotely accessing client systems and devices for diagnostics.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and networks to ensure seamless system operation.
• Travel to client offices or server locations as required to resolve complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and software incidents in a prompt and effective manner.
• Propose practical solutions to complex technical problems, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.
• Deliver basic user training on software applications to ensure clients have the necessary skills to operate effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications, IT, or related fields) is essential for this role.

At least 2+ years of experience in technical support or the technology and security sector is also mandatory.
