Finance Professionals

By joining our Finance Talent Pool, you'll be considered for future temporary or permanent opportunities in our dynamic Latin America Finance hub.

As a Finance Professional, you'll play a key role in managing cash operations, reconciling accounts, executing supplier payments, and ensuring financial accuracy.

You'll work closely with treasury, procurement, and finance teams to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Deliver Financial Reporting and Analysis

– Prepare and explain key financial indicators such as Purchase Price Variances and Coman / Copack results, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and alignment with budget and forecasts.

Support Innovation and Cost Estimations

– Participate in the innovation process for new launches or product changes by evaluating cost estimates and supporting financial inputs needed for go-to-market decisions.

Lead Month-End and Forecasting Processes

– Execute journal entries and reporting activities for month-end close, and provide visibility on current and year-to-go performance metrics across manufacturing plants.

Drive Budget and Strategic Outlook Planning

– Calculate standard costs and provide variance analysis for co-manufactured finished goods, identifying cost drivers and inflation impacts for business units during budget cycles.

Ensure Financial Governance and Policy Compliance

– Offer guidance to business partners on financial policies and procedures, ensuring risk identification and adherence to internal controls.

We're Looking for Someone With

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP.

Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

At least 1 year in the same position is necessary to apply.
