Seeking a results-driven sales professional to spearhead growth in the Mexican and LATAM market.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled sales individual who can proactively prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities across Mexico (mainly) and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with senior executives and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full enterprise sales process from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closing while delivering a seamless client experience. They will also collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate deal momentum and win strategic accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• English proficiency (C1+).
• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud solutions.
• Strong track record as a hunter, with proven success in consistently overachieving quotas.
• Expertise in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with senior executives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by performance and financial rewards.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is a strong plus.
