The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide the business with the highest quality talent, within the right timescales and at the right cost.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to hire whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience throughout every step.
Responsibilities
Proactively drive and manage all recruitment activity within perimeterResponsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned requisitions from attraction, screening, selection through to hire plus keep in touch activity during notice periodWrite and post professional job advertsCoach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisionsManage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, on and off line advertising, events and agenciesAccountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideasCoordinate with managers and candidates in order to schedule interviews including making room bookings and sending accurate confirmationsKeep in touch with candidates that are serving notice in order to continue engagementProvide support with global projects as requiredSupport hiring events in terms of planning and coordinationSupport employer branding and candidate engagement initiativesEnsure quality of recruiting data is maintained to the highest possible standard with our Applicant tracking systemQualifications
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : EssentialBachelor degree (Administration, HR, or related)5 - 7 years experience in multinational companies, at least 2 years experience in Brazil and Argentina recruitment.Manufacturing or engineering industries experienceAble to positively influence at all levels of an organization up to senior levels, and to develop valued relationships with managers and Candidates alikeExceptional communication skillsPortuguese and English advancedProven recruiting experience within a complex corporate environment matrix ideally multinationalExperience of identifying both passive and active candidates across a variety of attraction channelsPlanning and Decision Making : Able to plan own work within agreed deadlines.Able to follow and / or create a project plan.Required to comply with all applicable practices and documentation.Work will be reviewed to ensure required results.Geographic scope of the role is LATAM countries (Brazil & Argentina mainly) with occasional requirements to support international roles outside of host country.Contribution will inform and underpin significant decisions regarding people processes and programs.Erroneous decisions or recommendations are not likely to result in failure to achieve major goals and objectives of the organization.Additional Information
