Key Responsibilities
Required qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.15-20 years of experience in consumer research, market insights, or strategic analysis within the mobile phone or telecom industry.A proven track record in conducting end-to-end market research (qualitative and quantitative).Deep understanding of consumer psychology, purchasing behavior, and brand perception in the mobile industry.Strong expertise in survey design, statistical analysis, data visualization & research tools (SPSS, SAS, Python, R, Power BI).Familiarity with global and regional mobile markets, including emerging trends and technological advancements.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.Able to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to influence decision-making.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities are required.Fluent in English.
