We are looking for a senior procurement professional to lead our digital transformation efforts in the procurement function. As Procurement Ingredients Assoc Manager, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and automating end-to-end processes while driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier value creation.
- Total expenditure managed is approximately $100 million per year.
- Manage more than 20 suppliers and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Process mapping and improvement, document current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose redesigns aligned with best practices.
- Automation design and execution using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or SAP IRPA, implement digital workflows for approvals, purchase orders, contracts, etc.
- Digital agenda development and implementation for the procurement area, coordinate e-sourcing, e-invoicing, and e-contracting platforms adoption.
- Project management of digital transformation projects within procurement, coordination with IT, Finance, and suppliers for technological integration.
- Data analysis using Power BI or Tableau, analyze procurement data to support strategic decision-making.
- Bidding process harmonization and cost structures for PMF.
- Sustainability project co-leadership and implementation for the region / field.
- New sources of supply validation and exclusive sourcing materials development.
- Monthly financial report presentation.
- Monthly forecast accuracy ensured together with the planning team.
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.Experience in procurement, process improvement, or digital transformation.AI experience.Preferred certifications : Lean Six Sigma, BPM, RPA Developer, Power Platform.Budget management.2+ years of experience in Direct Purchasing / Supply with potential for further advancement within the organization.Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize the category.Financial analysis and cost modeling experience.Strong organizational, execution, and negotiation skills.Fluency in English for global team and supplier negotiation.Sustainable sourcing experience in agriculture is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills : ability to work effectively as a team, influence at all levels, give and receive constructive feedback.Negotiation skills with extensive knowledge of direct materials (at least 3 years) and process change management.Collaborative skills within Global Purchasing and PepsiCo divisions; internal customers and suppliers; conflict resolution and teamwork.What We Offer
