Activities :

• Build and execute the observability strategy for critical business processes, supported by 125 non-SAP applications and the company's ERP.
• Adopt Heineken's official tools, best practices, guidelines, and standards related to observability.
• Map and update the IT architecture of variables to monitor.
• Manage vendors, ensuring delivery and alignment with Heineken practices.
• Analyze data to identify deviations and potential failures in processes and IT solutions.
• Create observability and automation indicators to facilitate decision-making for improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Manage, identify, and lead observability efforts, aiming to communicate the health of operations to the business.
