Descripción del trabajoGestiona la relación y comunicación con los clientes, desde el inicio de las negociaciones hasta el cierre de contratos. Analiza las necesidades de las empresas y adapta soluciones de valor con los productos de la marca, Stellantis. Se encarga de analizar el mercado y coordinar con todas las áreas de la compañía para asegurar la mejor ejecución hacia el cliente final Es el contacto principal entre la marca Stellantis y los clientes clave, asegurando una relación a largo plazo y una comunicación efectiva. Es el encargado de atender y resolver cualquier insatisfacción que pueda surgir en la relación directa con el cliente clave. Se encarga de preparar un informe sobre la operación con cuentas clave y al mismo tiempo presenta el análisis con dirección. Busca oportunidades nuevas de negocio con diferentes cuentas clave. Es el representante de la marca Stellantis dentro de la relación comercial con diferentes cuentas clave.
