About the Role

In this role as a Manager, Professional Services (Legal Software) , you will :

• Provide leadership and management to team members.
• Mentor, develop, and retain existing team members by developing career opportunities and expanding responsibilities.
• Manage resource allocation across the Legal Tech implementation portfolio to ensure project delivery and staff utilization.
• Expand current materials, methodologies, and artifacts.
• Contribute to ongoing refinement and development of operational requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with engagement managers, solution engineers, technical delivery, and senior leadership to ensure efficient implementation delivery, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
• Support the development of post-implementation offerings around business solutions consulting, ongoing training, and configuration consulting services to continually drive and improve customer usage and ensure customer operating efficiency.
• Lead discovery efforts for new projects and provide support and escalation for team members on their specific projects as needed.
