We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Fulfillment Experience Supply Chain team.

This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions.
We expect the candidate have exceptional analytical, planning and written / verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers
Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.
Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools / automation
Plan and organize multiple stakeholders with multitasking teams to develop the best solutions for the network.
Analytical outputs based on data driven decisions are expected to impact the network.
Candidate will configure and plan a network of over 50 arcs.
Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
A day in the life
A day in the life of a Network Planning PM might include, but is not limited to :
Review overnight network performance metrics across all the MX network, and lead action plans to solve performance gaps vs target.
Check for any critical escalations or system issues, and coordinate action plans to address them.
Lead E2E network design initiatives with multiple stakeholders from different geographies.
Track and solve inquiries from other stakeholders regarding network design, speed, coverage and performance initiatives.

We are the Fulfillment Experience team!
Fulfillment Experience (FX) performs a centralized function supporting the MX Operations with data, plans, and required systems set up, taking care of the full flow of a customer order.
FX team's responsibilities scope covers : Network Strategic Design, Network Transportation Planning, Program Management, External Fulfillment (EF) and Reverse Logistics Operations.
Our goal is to develop a supply chain network that delivers customer orders in time, at the fastest, lowest cost, and most reliable way.

Qualifications
1+ years of program or project management experience
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience with SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
