Overview
As a Service Now HR Service DeliveryProgram Manager in the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), you will serve as the primary liaison between HR operations teams and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
You will manage and implement minor updates, configuration changes, and enhancements to the platform, ensuring smooth HR processes and optimal employee experience.
You will also support day-to-day operations by addressing change requests, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain accurate system documentation.

A Day In The Life Includes :
Provide project support for HR Service Delivery implementation on Service Now platform.
Act as a lead and key contributor of the Service Now HRSD architecture.
Partner with product owners, process owners, and other business leaders to build HR Service Delivery solutions.
Provide postproduction support managing the change request process and partnering with HRIS and IT as needed.
Support global HR Shared Services managing the service catalog, creating custom request forms and associated workflows.
Serve as HRSD Subject Matter Expert and provide technical guidance and best practices on process automation opportunities.
Key contributor to process documentation and training materials for SN HRSD.
Basic Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Business Analyst and / or System Admin in HR technology or HR shared services.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD or any other HR case management / ticketing systems.
Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, employee data changes, benefits, payroll inquiries, and offboarding.
Analytical skills with attention to detail.
Communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Full proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications :
ServiceNow HRSD configuration experience (forms, workflows, notifications, access controls).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management best practices.
Experience in a global HR shared services environment.
Reporting skills in ServiceNow (e.g., dashboards, reports).
Location :
Hybrid role (3 days per week in the office).
