We are Del Monte Foods – Growers of Good.We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead operations at our Montemorelos facility.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving production excellence, ensuring safety and quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities : Operations Management : Achieve production volume, cost, quality, and safety targets while maintaining high morale and a safe work environment.Financial Oversight : Develop and manage budgets, prioritize spending, and lead cost-reduction initiatives.Facility & Equipment : Oversee design, construction, maintenance, and upgrades of machinery and infrastructure.Capital Projects : Identify and justify improvement projects; manage planning, budgeting, and execution.Safety Leadership : Promote a safe workplace through training, policy enforcement, and compliance with DMFC Safety Standards.Quality and Food Safety : Ensure product quality, legality, and food safety compliance with GMP, FSMA, BRC, and Del Monte standards.Procurement : Manage purchasing of materials and supplies to meet production needs cost-effectively.Employee Development : Foster communication, support staff growth, and build a high-performing team culture.Corporate Collaboration : Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and task forces that benefit the broader organization.Environmental Compliance : Maintain environmental standards through housekeeping, training, and policy development / enforcement.Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree5+ years of directly relatable experience in Manufacturing ManagementIntermediate to Advanced English ProficiencyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)Proven track record in team leadership, process optimization, and cost controlFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologiesKnowledge of quality assurance, safety regulations, and compliance standardsComfort with manufacturing software & data analysis toolsDel Monte Foods Leadership Behaviors : As leaders we : GROUND OUR TEAMSConnect our teams to a clear strategyProvide the support our teams need for successHold ourselves and our teams accountableCREATE THE CLIMATESolve problems together with our teamsEnable smart risk takingEmpower our teams to make decisions and take actionNURTURE THE GOODAre intentional about building trustLead with empathyGrow and develop our teams
