Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Category Manager - Injection Molding for Water Innovations to join our team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to deliver cost savings, innovation, and supplier value.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Drive negotiations for high-value contracts, focusing on cost optimization, quality, delivery performance, and risk management.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements through the identification of new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies.
