Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure compliance with established schedules.

Implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational safety regulations.

Manage and develop the production team, fostering a positive work environment.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions.

Participate in the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of objectives.

Prepare periodic reports on production performance.

Perfil buscado

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in production management within the automotive / manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Ability to lead teams and make strategic decisions.

Advanced proficiency in SAP.

Availability to work in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Advanced English is non negotiable.
