Overview

SC Johnson is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis - Sales to partner with Country Managers, Sales Teams and Marketing Teams to drive Net Sales, Product Contribution growth, and Net Pricing improvements through Joint Business Plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Country Managers, Sales Teams and Marketing Teams within the cluster to drive Net Sales and Product Contribution growth and improve Net Pricing by collaborating on Joint Business Plans.
• Accurately forecast and deliver on growth objectives; support the Sales Team in SOP.
• Provide ROI analysis on trade spends; establish conditionality of customer terms and develop customer profitability analysis; analyze and optimize promotional spend with Customer Marketing and the Sales Teams.
• Drive simplification initiatives and best practices with necessary internal controls.
• Provide Strategic Business Cases, Financial Simulation and Analysis; prepare and manage Price Promotion ROI Analysis; optimize Trade Spending and Customer / Country Mix to maximize Delivered Profit Margin and reduce Gross to Net.
• Reconcile trade spending at month-end closing and ensure accuracy of trade spend and accruals.
• Develop and maintain accurate, data-driven sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Pricing settlement and profitability analysis : manage pricing models and profitability, provide recommendations to optimize revenue and profit; work on the pricing process end-to-end.
• Maintain audited records of contracts and related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Analytics to design scorecards and regularly review to identify business opportunities.
