About the Role
ServiceNowexpert (NOT USER) Should be able to extract data from ServiceNowusing queries. Strong on writing queries and design on ServiceNow. Expert in ServiceNow as the tool.
Responsibilities Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, Service Portal, and platform features. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with ITIL or other industry frameworks. Good on ITGC and SOX processes-related documentation. Understanding of SOX templates and preparation. Differentiating between different SOX processes (like RU, SOD, CM1, CM3, etc.) and preparing documents. Must be a self-starter and should be able to drive with ownership.
